These Terms of Service govern use of FixMyPrompt ("FixMyPrompt", "the Service"), operated by GDM LTD. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don't share your account with people outside your organisation.

2. Credits and purchases

  • Credits are sold via LemonSqueezy in fixed-size top-ups. They do not expire.
  • Each QA report deducts credits server-side based on input size and review depth. The current cost formula is published at /pricing.
  • If a report fails for any reason on our end, the credits spent are automatically refunded to your account balance.

3. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Email support@fixmyprompt.net with your order id. After 14 days credits remain usable but are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit illegal content or content that targets specific individuals.
  • Attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits, or account isolation.
  • Resell access to FixMyPrompt as a wrapper service.
  • Use the service to generate spam, malware, or other abusive output.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section and refund any unused balance.

5. Service availability

FixMyPrompt is provided "as is". We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee specific availability. Outages are not grounds for refund of already-consumed credits.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
