Summary
FixMyPrompt is a paid prompt-QA tool, operated by GDM LTD. We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and process your reports. We don't sell your data. We don't share your prompts with anyone outside the model providers we use to generate the QA review.
What we collect
- Account: email address and password hash when you sign up; OAuth identifiers if you sign in with GitHub or Google.
- Reports: the goal, prompt text, and depth option you submit, plus the structured QA result we send back. Stored against your account so you can review past reports.
- Billing: top-up purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. We receive the order id, customer email, and variant id via webhook so we can credit your account. We never see your card number.
- Operational logs: standard request logs (timestamp, route, status code, IP) for security and debugging. Retained 30 days.
How your prompts are used
When you run a QA report, your goal + prompt are sent to a third-party model provider (currently OpenRouter, which routes to Anthropic Claude or similar models depending on the depth tier). We do not use your prompts to train any model. Providers may retain inputs per their own policies; see OpenRouter's privacy policy for the current upstream behaviour.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie (next-auth.session-token) to keep you signed in. That's it — no analytics cookies, no marketing trackers.
Transactional email (sign-in magic links, password resets, receipts) is sent through Mailgun. You will not receive marketing email from us.
Your rights
- You can request a full export of your data at any time by emailing privacy@fixmyprompt.net.
- You can request deletion of your account and all reports. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for tax/audit compliance.
- You can dispute or correct any data we hold about you by replying to that same address.
